Steve Evans received his JD from
Boston College Law School in 1994 and has broad
legal and business experience working for a large
law firm, venture-backed start ups and public
companies. Steve started his career as a corporate
associate with Sullivan
& Worcester LLP in Boston where
he specialized in representing early-stage ventures,
public companies and financial services institutions
in financing, strategic partnership, licensing
and M&A transactions.
More recently Steve has performed
a variety of business and legal roles in the software
and financial services industries, most recently
with Fidelity Investments. In 2006, Steve founded
the Evans Law Firm to meet the growing need he
recognized that families and older individuals
have in managing their estates and planning for
their retirement years. Steve is a native of Cambridge,
MA and currently lives in Belmont with his wife
and two young children.
